Short Itinerary
Day 01: - Greetings at Kathmandu Airport, 1320 m.
Day 02: - A full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, the capital valley about 7-hour tour.
Day 03: - Flight from KTM flight to Lukla 35-minute flight, Distance 136.17km, and trekking to Phakding (2652m): walking distance 2-3 hours, 200 meters descent and 50 meters ascent - 8km
Day 04: - Phakding trekking to Namche Bazaar (3440m): walking distance 5-6 hours, 300 meters ascent and 300 meters descent - 11.3 km
Day 05: - Acclimatization day in Namche
Day 06: - Namche Bazaar trek to Tengboche (3867m): walking distance 4-5 hours, 350 meters descent and 750 meters ascent- 10.4 km
Day 07: - Tengboche trekking to Dingboche (4360m): walking distance 5 hours, 70 meters descent and 580 meters ascent - 12 km
Day 08: - Rest day in Dingboche for the acclimatization (4360m)

Day 11: - Gorak Shep trekking Kala Patthar (5545m) and back to Pheriche (4280 m): walking distance 6-7 hours 200 meters ascent and 1090 meters descent - 13.5 km
Day 12: - Pheriche Trekking to Namche Bazaar via Pangboche and Tengboche (3867m): walking distance 7-8 hours, 1250 meters descent 400 meters ascent and - 22 km
Day 13: - Namche Bazaar trekking back to Lukla (2850m): walking distant  7 hours, 950 meters descent and 250 meters ascent- 19.3 km
Day 14: - Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
Day 15: Final Departure

Details Itinerary
Day 1:  Arrival at Kathmandu (1,350 m
)
Welcome to Kathmandu. Our representative shall receive you from the airport and take you to your hotel where you shall take rest and freshen up. You can do a quick shopping for the trek in the valley. After we debrief you about the trek, we shall enjoy Nepalese cuisines in the Welcome dinner. Stay overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02: - A full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, the capital valley about 7-hour tour.
In this day, early morning after having breakfast, we will manage you to visit UNESCO World Heritage sites such as; Pashupatinath temple, Syambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa, and Royal Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the evening, we will prepare all the essential things for the next day trek. Overnight at Kathmandu. 

Day 03: - Flight from KTM flight to Lukla 35-minute flight, Distance 136.17km, and trekking to Phakding (2652m): walking distance 2-3 hours, 200 meters descent and 50 meters ascent - 8km
The flight normally takes 20-30 minutes from Kathmandu to reach Lukla. We shall, then, trek towards Phakding through Chaurikharka Village, Cheplung Village, along with the Dudh Koshi River, witnessing the view of Mt. Khumbila. It shall take 3-4 hours from Lukla to reach Phakding. Stay overnight at Phakding.


Day 04: - Phakding trekking to Namche Bazaar (3440m): walking distance 5-6 hours, 300 meters ascent and 300 meters descent - 11.3 km
After breakfast in the morning, we shall cross the lengthy suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi River and reach Monjo Village through a dense forest full of pines. We shall approach the Everest National Park and trek down to Dudh Koshi River again. Crossing the bridge, we shall pass through Jorsale Village, we ascend uphill before reaching Namche Bazar. Overnight at Namche Bazar.

Day 05: - Acclimatization day in Namche
We shall spend this day to let our body acclimatize with the altitude, and explore Namche Bazar and nearby valley. Namche Bazar also has a museum that has monuments and records of Sherpas. This is the last place where one can find an ATM in the trek. We might visit the Sagarmatha National Park and witness some mountains from there.

Day 06: - Namche Bazaar trek to Tengboche (3867m): walking distance 4-5 hours, 350 meters descent and 750 meters ascent- 10.4 km
The next day after having breakfast, we shall descend to the riverside, pass through the forest, cross the river, and ascend a steeply uphill. Tengboche is considered the popular place in this region as it offers spectacular views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. We shall spend some time at the Tengboche monastery. Stay overnight at Tengboche.

Day 07: - Tengboche trekking to Dingboche (4360m): walking distance 5 hours, 70 meters descent and 580 meters ascent - 12 km
Descending through forest rich in rhododendron, birch, and confer, passing Debuche and crossing Imja River, we shall arrive at Pangboche. Through the upper Pangboche trail, we pass through Imja Valley and Lobuche River. Then the trail requires ascending leading us to Dingboche. Stay overnight at Dingboche.

Day 08: - Rest day in Dingboche for the acclimatization (4360m)
Field with buckwheat, potato and barely offer a beautiful scene in this village. We shall spend this whole day at Dingboche, climb a ridge and let our body acclimatize with the altitude. The ridge offers the views of Mt. Cho Oyu, Makalu, Lhotse, Taboche Peak, Cholatse Peak, Lobuche West Peak, Lobuche West Peak, and so forth. Overnight at Dingboche.

Day 09: - Dingboche Trekking to Lobuche (4940m): walking distance 4-5 hours, 700 meters ascent - 9 km
We shall ascend a challenging steeply uphill are reach to Dungla. Dungla has the stupas made in the memory of the death of trekkers. Then through mountain terrain, terminal moraine of Khumbu Glacier, witnessing the views of Mt. Mahalangur, Pumori, Khumbutse, and Lingtren, we reach Lobuche. Stay overnight at Lobuche.

Day 10: - Lobuche to Gorakshep (5170 m), trekking to Everest Base camp (5364m) back to Gorak Shep (5170m): walking distance 7-8 hours, 450 meters ascent and 200 meters descent - 11.4 km
This is the day our dream comes true. Through the glacier route, ascending and descending, meanderings, we reach to the Everest Base Camp. Take your cameras out! You might want to capture lots and lots of pictures at the base of the Mt. Everest. In the late afternoon, we shall return back to Gorakshep. Stay overnight at Gorakshep.

Day 11: - Gorak Shep trekking Kala Patthar (5545m) and back to Pheriche (4280 m): walking distance 6-7 hours 200 meters ascent and 1090 meters descent - 13.5 km
Early in the morning, we shall head off to Kalapatthar before the sunrise. From the top of the Kalapatthar, we shall witness another spectacular beauty of this trek—the sunrise. As the rays of sun pour over the bodies of Mt. Everest, you will be amazed by its beauty. Then we shall return back to Gorakshep, and start our return trek to Pheriche. Overnight at Pheriche.

Day 12: - Pheriche Trekking to Namche Bazaar via Pangboche and Tengboche (3867m): walking distance 7-8 hours, 1250 meters descent 400 meters ascent and - 22 km
Next day, after having breakfast, we shall head off to Namche Bazar. After ascending uphill for an hour, we shall descend downhill. Through forest full with pines and rhododendron, witnessing the wildlife, passing Sansa, we shall reach to Namche Bazar after passing through another forest. Overnight at Namche Bazar.

Day 13: - Namche Bazaar trekking back to Lukla (2850m): walking distance             7 hours, 950 meters descent and 250 meters ascent- 19.3 km
Through Hillary Suspension Bridge, after breakfast in the morning, we walk through few villages. Descending downhill, crossing few suspension bridges, villages, and monasteries, we shall arrive at Lukla. We shall have some memorable dinner with our guides and porters. Stay overnight at Lukla.

Day 14: - Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
In the morning, you will catch the flight back to Kathmandu which might take around 20-30 minutes. You will be dropped at your hotel. You might want to take sufficient rest now. Let your body and mind take enough rest it deserves, in the evening you will enjoy the Farewell Dinner. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 15: Final Departure 
This is the day of your departure. Our representative shall drop you at the airport with sufficient time before your departure flight. We shall bid our goodbyes. Have a safe and happy journey back to your homeland.

Trekking equipments
The main essentials to bring are:
  • Sturdy and comfortable hiking boots, flip-flops
  • Sleeping bag (depending on your accommodation) and -20 degree Celsius for colder regions
  • Daypack, trekking bag pack, dry sack and camera bag
  • Few changes of clothes for the varying temperatures
  • For cold weather, hiking pants, thermals, gloves, neck warmer/scarf, beanie, a warm inner jacket and a windproof / waterproof outer jacket and down jacket are essential.
  • Water purification supplies, a reusable water bottle and a camelback water bladder
  • Sunscreen, Hat, sunglasses, moisturizing skin cream and lip balm
  • Few snacks, granola bars
  • Hiking stick or two
  • Waterproof case, fabric bandages such as moleskin, a headlamp, altitude sickness and other medication
  • Camera and binoculars.
  • Hand sanitizers, toilet paper, band-aids, wet wipes
  • Extra batteries (solar chargers recommended)
On the popular trekking routes, everyday supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, chocolate bars, and even basic hiking supplies can be purchased along the way, though prices rise dramatically as you go higher in elevation. Try to stock up lower down and buy locally-produced products such as fruit, biscuits etc. Maps are easy to find in Nepal. For the more difficult treks involving mountaineering, crampons and ice axes may be required. Simpler types of crampons, which attach to the shoe using a rubber ring, are easily obtainable in the Thamel neighborhood. These are variously known as spikes, micro spikes and chains.
