Train yourself for some weeks before the trek. During the trek, you have to stay hygienic, drink plenty of water, and stay warm. Day 1:Arrival at Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal. Our representative shall receive you from the airport and take you to your hotel. After proper rest, you can go for shopping anything required for the trek. In the late afternoon, we will be sitting in a debrief session, and then will enjoy Welcome Dinner at a restaurant.
Altitude: Kathmandu: 1,350 m
Day 2: Sightseeing at Kathmandu
As morning rises, after early breakfast, we will manage you to visit major world heritage sites such as Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred site for Hindu and Buddhist. Syambhunath temple famous for sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley, Royal Kathmandu Durbar Square, and largest Boudhanath Stupa through the world. In the evening, you need to be well prepared for the next day trek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3:Flight to Lukla/ Trek to Phakding
Flight to Lukla takes about 20-30 minutes from Kathmandu. You will meet your guide and porter at Lukla. Ascending the climb gently overlooking the Dudh Koshi River, you shall pass through Chaurikharka. You shall pass through various villages, forest, crossing a stream, we arrive at Phakding. Overnight at Phakding.

Day 4:Trek to Namche Bazar
Before reaching the Benkar Village, from the west of Dudh Koshi, you will pass forests full with Blue Pine. Crossing the river from the east, you will climb to Chumoa Village, crossing Monjo Khola, you will reach at Monjo Village. Then through Jorsale, steeply twisting routes, forests, overlooking the Bhote Koshi River, you will arrive at Namche Bazar. Stay overnight at Namche Bazar.

Day 5 : At Namche Bazar
This is the day you might want to explore Namche Bazar, nearby valley, village, and museum. Namche Bazar is one of the largest Sherpa settlements in Nepal. Acclimatizing here is very important. The Sherpa museum can be a good source to know the history of Sherpas and their relation with mountain. Stay overnight at Namche Bazar.

Day 6 : Trek to Tengboche
Through forest, overlooking the Dudh Koshi River flowing down, you will reach Phungithanga after trekking for about an hour. Again, the forest of rhododendron welcome you as you ascend uphill. You will reach Tengboche after trekking for about six hours from the start. You will visit the largest monastery in the Khumbu region-Buddhist   Monastery at Tengboche. Stay overnight at Tengboche.
Altitude: Tengboche: 3,867 m
Day 7 : Trek to Dingboche
Crosing a suspension bridge, you shall reach Orsho; walking along the Imja Khola, you shall pass through forest full of conifers, rhododendron and pines. You will pass through several villages with Mani Walls and Chortens. The view of fields protected by stone walls welcomes you at Dingboche. Stay overnight at Dingboche.
Altitude: Dingboche: 4,360 m

Day 8 : At Dingboche
You might love to climb to Nangkartshang Gompa located at the northern ridge of Dingboche. This place offers breathtaking view of Mt. Makalu. If you don't feel bothered, you might trek for 4 hours to reach Chhukung. Otherwise, you can spend the day exploring Dingboche, and letting your body acclimatize.
Altitude: Dingboche: 4,360 m

Day 9 : Trek to Lobuche
After breakfast in the morning, you will descend down, crossing Pheriche Village, ascending uphill over the moraine of Khumbu Glacier. You shall walk through valley rich in green lush vegetation. Throughout the trek, Mt. Ama Dablam, Tawache, Pokalde, Nuptse, and Kongma-tse. Lobuche towering offers the spectacular view of Mt. Nuptse and Mt. Tawache. Overnight at Lobuche.
Altitude: Lobuche: 4,940 m

Day 10 : Trek to Gorakshep-Everest Base Camp-Gorakshep
Through the passage of mountain walls and glacial moraine, you will reach at the end of the ridge. The view of Khumbu Glacier from here is especially beautiful. Walking in the twisting and stony route, you will arrive at Gorakshep. Walking through streams, moraine and dunes you will reach at the Everest Base Camp. You will return back to Gorakshep in the late afternoon. Stay overnight at Gorakshep.
Altitude: Gorakshep: 5,170 m; Everest Base Camp: 5,364 m

Day 11 : Trek to Kalapatthar-Gorakshep-Dzongla
Early in the morning, you will trek to Kalapatthar. Kalapatthar offers you the panoramic view of the Mt. Everest. Furthermore, you will be amazed as the first rays of sun pour over the body of the Everest. From here, you will return back to Gorakshep and trek towards Dzongla. It takes about 2 hours to reach Lobuche, then extra 2 hours to reach Dzongla. Stay overnight at Dzongla.
Altitude: Kalapatthar: 5,545 m; Dzongla: 4,830 m

Day 12 : Trek to Cho La Pass/Thangnak
It takes about three hours to reach at the top of the Cho La. You will start today's trek early in the morning. The steeply ascend can be problematic. In fact, today's trek can be the difficult trek in the entire package. For about 20 minutes, before reaching at the Cho La Pass, you will walk on ice. From there you will trek to Thangnak. Stay overnight at Thangnak.
Altitude: Cho La Pass: 5,420 m; Thangnak: 4,500 m

Day 13 : Trek to Gokyo
You will walk through Ngajumpa Glacier, for about two hours to reach Gokyo Lake. As you cross the iron bridge of a stream, you will walk through the valley passing the first lake. Here, you shall get the opportunity to witness the footprints of Lama on stone. Then there comes the second lake, Taboche Tsho, and then the third lake, Dudh Pokhari. And near the third lake there is the Gokyo Valley. Stay overnight at Gokyo.
Altitude: Gokyo: 4,790 m

Day 14 : Trek to Gokyo Ri/Marchhermo
You will start today's trek early in the morning. You will ascend the steeply uphill to reach at the top of the Gokyo Ri. The top offers the breathtaking view of Ngozumpa Glacier, Gokyo Valley, Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and Gyachung Kang. These majestic vistas are the reward you get after your tough ascend to the Gokyo Ri. Then you shall descend down to Marchhermo. Stay overnight at Marchhermo.
Altitude: Gokyo Ri: 5,483 m; Marchhermo: 4,410

Day 15 : Trek to Namche Bazar
After breakfast in the morning, you shall descend down to Namche Bazar. You will be lost in reminiscence of the starting you have had made at this place. It takes about 5 hours to reach to Namche Bazar from Marchhermo. Spend the night at Namche Bazar under the roof of Mt. Everest.

Day 16 : Trek to Lukla
This is the last day of your trekking. Remember that descending from Namche Bazar to Dudh Koshi River is tough. Downhill, passing through villages, your will walk through forest full of rhododendron, as you cross the suspension bridge, arriving at Phakding. You shall keep descending down on the steeply hill, through various Sherpa villages until you reach Lukla. Stay overnight at Lukla.
Altitude: Lukla: 2,850 m

Day 17 : Flight to Kathmandu
You will return back to Kathmandu through a 20-30 minute flight from Lukla. Our representative will take you to your hotel. You might want to rest for some hours, to let your body enjoy the rest it deserves, in the evening you will enjoy Farewell Dinner. Stay overnight at Lukla.
Altitude: Kathmandu: 1,350 m

Day 18 : Departure
This is the day of your departure. We shall drop you at the Tribhuvan International Airport within plenty of time before your departure flight. We will say our goodbyes. Have a safe journey back to your country.

Trekking equipments
The main essentials to bring are:
  • Sturdy and comfortable hiking boots, flip-flops
  • Sleeping bag (depending on your accommodation) and -20 degree Celsius for colder regions
  • Daypack, trekking bag pack, dry sack and camera bag
  • Few changes of clothes for the varying temperatures
  • For cold weather, hiking pants, thermals, gloves, neck warmer/scarf, beanie, a warm inner jacket and a windproof / waterproof outer jacket and down jacket are essential.
  • Water purification supplies, a reusable water bottle and a camelback water bladder
  • Sunscreen, Hat, sunglasses, moisturizing skin cream and lip balm
  • Few snacks, granola bars
  • Hiking stick or two
  • Waterproof case, fabric bandages such as moleskin, a headlamp, altitude sickness and other medication
  • Camera and binoculars.
  • Hand sanitizers, toilet paper, band-aids, wet wipes
  • Extra batteries (solar chargers recommended)
On the popular trekking routes, everyday supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, chocolate bars, and even basic hiking supplies can be purchased along the way, though prices rise dramatically as you go higher in elevation. Try to stock up lower down and buy locally-produced products such as fruit, biscuits etc. Maps are easy to find in Nepal. For the more difficult treks involving mountaineering, crampons and ice axes may be required. Simpler types of crampons, which attach to the shoe using a rubber ring, are easily obtainable in the Thamel neighborhood. These are variously known as spikes, micro spikes and chains.
