  • Details Itinerary
Everest three high passes trek is a strenuous and physically challenging trek covering trekking over Kongma La Pass (5,535 m), Cho La Pass (5,420 m), and Renjo La Pass (5,340 m)—the three high passes in the Everest region. This trek package is a combination of adventure, spectacular vistas, cultural exposures, and taste of rural and remote settlements. This is a 20 days trek package, with the trek starting from Lukla, through Namche Bazar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Chhukung, and Lobuche, reaching all the way to the Everest Base Camp, and returning via Dzongla, Gokyo, Marlung, all the way to Lukla again, walking for 6-8 hours every day on an average.
As it is one of the most adventurous treks in the Everest region, you have to have physically fit body, with sufficient enduring power to trek highs and lows for 7 hours each day. You shouldn't have any serious disease and neither should you have any keen and ankle problem. Beside complex topography, altitude sickness can be a problem if you do not take enough time to acclimatize your body or are in haste to complete the trek. Take time, go slow and steady, take care of your hygiene, have hygienic food and clean water, stay hydrated and warm throughout the trek.
